Services for George Ringwald, 91 of Palatine formerly Lincolnwood will begin with prayers at 9:30AM on Saturday, October 22, 2011 at the Ahlgrim Family Funeral Home, 201 N. Northwest Hwy., Palatine proceeding to St. Theresa Catholic Church, 465 N. Benton Street, Palatine for a funeral Mass at 10:00AM. The interment will follow at Maryhill Cemetery in Niles. Visitation will be held at the funeral home on Friday, October 21, 2011 from 3:00PM until 8:00PM.
George was born in Yugoslavia on November 11, 1919 the son of the late Valentine and Barbara Ringwald and passed away peacefully on Tuesday, October 18, 2011 at his home.
Beloved husband of Theresia ( Tilli) Ringwald; loving father of Mary (Scott) O'Connor and Eleanor (Gerald) Balog; dear grandfather of Kelly Dilworth, Morgan and Dana Balog; cherished great grandfather of Hailee and Christian Dilworth.
