George C. Peterson
Visitation for George C. Peterson, 82, a resident of Palatine since 1968 will be held on Tuesday, November 8th from 10:00AM until the time of the funeral service at 11:00AM at the Ahlgrim Family Funeral Home, 201 N. Northwest Hwy., Palatine. The interment will follow at Union Cemetery, Palatine.
George was born on March 8, 1929 the son of the late George C. Sr. and Helen L. (Dryer) Peterson and passed away on Friday November 4th at the Pepper Family Hospice House in Barrington.
George was a U.S. Army veteran having served during the Korean War. Prior to retirement George had worked for Allstate Insurance as an insurance agent for 30 years.
Beloved husband of the late Leona C. (Mueller) Peterson; loving father of Gail A. Peterson of Palatine and the late Mark C. Peterson; dear grandfather of Angela (Robert Sadlowski) Peterson and cherished great grandfather of Joshua Sadlowski all of Gurnee.
In lieu of flowers memorials in memory of George would be appreciated for Hospice and Palliative Care of Northeastern Illinois, 405 Lake Zurich Road, Barrington, IL 60010.
