Memorial visitation for Ann Jones, 51, of Indianapolis, IN formerly of Palatine will be held on Saturday, October 22, 2011 from 2:00pm until the time of the memorial service at 5:00pm at the Ahlgrim Family Funeral Home 201 N. Northwest Hwy., Palatine.
Ann was born on May 20, 1960 and passed away on Tuesday, October 18, 2011 in Indianapolis.
Beloved wife of Scott; loving mother of Christopher, Nichole and Heather; cherished daughter of Walter (Dee) Walzak and the late Jean Walzak; dear sister of Michael (Jeanne) Walzak.
