William N. Ryerson

A Visitation for William N. Ryerson will be held Tuesday, October 23, 2018 at the Ahlgrim Family Funeral Service, 201 N. Northwest Highway, Palatine, from 2:00 PM until 8:00 PM. The Funeral Service will begin, 11:00 a.m. also at the Funeral Home, on Wednesday, October 24, 2018. The Interment will be private.

Bill passed away following a long, valiant fight with prostate cancer. He was a proud Navy Veteran and a long-time employee of the US Postal Service. He checked one important item off his bucket list when he purchased his Harley Davidson motorcycle last year. His only regret was not buying it sooner!

Bill is survived by his loving wife Starr (Nee Callo) Ryerson, his children Heather Ryerson Case, and Dennis W. Ryerson, and his granddaughter Starrlee S. Case. He was preceded in death by his Mother, Betty (Nee Culverwell), Father, Erich Wempe (Corlyn) and stepfather Neal Ryerson. He is survived by his Sisters, Kathy Seybold (Joseph), Suzanne Egan (Patrick) and many nieces and nephews.
