Victoria S. Setlock

A private funeral service and burial for Victoria S. Setlock (nee Ziulek), 94, will be held at St. Michael the Archangel Cemetery, Palatine. Due to Covid 19, please celebrate her life privately and remember to reach out and love one another.

Victoria was born, August 9, 1925 in Chicago and passed away July 23, 2020.

She was a longtime resident of Roselle, and more recently Lake Zurich.

She was the beloved wife of the late Walter A. Setlock for 74 years; loving mother of Carolyn (Isaac) Barfield, Walter (Suzanne) Setlock and Bruce (Sandy) Setlock; devoted grandmother of Brian Barfield, Catherine (Gregory) Miller, Rachael, Matthew and Michael Setlock; cherished great-grandmother of Samantha and Reagan Miller; dear daughter of the late Joseph and Catherine Ziulek; fond sister of John, Stanley, Matthew and Joseph Ziulek, and sisters Anna Glasso, Mary Chesniak, Stella Cardulla, along with many dear nieces and nephews.

The family is especially grateful for the compassionate care given to our mother by the nurses and staff of Heartland Hospice and Arboria of Long Grove.

She will be remembered for her love of family, all children and the best pies on earth.
