Susan Mary Charles, 64, of Palatine, was born on January 16, 1949 in St. Louis, MO the daughter of the Richard Louis and Alice Mary (nee Sullivan) Johnson and passed away peacefully on Wednesday, November 20, 2013.
Services and Interment will be private.
Susan is survived by her children Kathy Anne and Rick (Susan) Pelanek; grandchildren Lily and Emmie Pelanek; her sisters Mary Alice (Jeff) Williams and Melinda (Dean) Ketelsen.
She is preceded in death by her parents and her brother, Richard Louis Johnson Jr.
In lieu of flowers, memorials would be appreciated, in memory of Susan, for the American Cancer Society, 1114 N. Arlington Heights Road, Arlington Heights, IL 60004 or to the charity of the donor’s choice.
