Ruth E. Upadhyaya

A Memorial Visitation for Ruth E. Upadhyaya, 19, of Holland, MI and Hoffman Estates, IL, will be held Monday, March 13, 2017 from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. at the First United Methodist Church of Palatine, 123 N. Plum Grove Road, Palatine, IL 60067.  The Memorial Visitation will continue Tuesday, March 14, 2017 from 9:00 a.m. until the time of the Memorial Service, 10:00 a.m. at the First United Methodist Church of Palatine.

Ruth was born November 26, 1997 in Elk Grove Village, IL, and passed away unexpectedly March 8, 2017 in Holland, MI.

Ruth was involved with church/faith-based groups and activities; singing and playing viola, then bass guitar; writing; psychology; Harry Potter and Disney trivia; Wii Just Dance; and PAVE – Promote Awareness, Victim Empowerment.

Dear daughter of Raj and Jill (nee Sampe); fond sister of Julie; loving granddaughter of Fred Sampe and Jane Sampe.
