Rosemarie D. Vey

Visitation for Rosemarie D. Vey (nee Farabaugh), 87, will be from 2:00 pm – 5:00 pm and from 6:00 pm – 9:00 pm on Friday, September 9, 2016 at the Ahlgrim Family Funeral Home, 415 S. Buesching Road, Lake Zurich.  Prayers will be said, 9:15 am on Saturday, September 10, 2016, also at the funeral home, going to Transfiguration Church, 348 W. Mill Street, Wauconda for the Funeral Mass at 10:00 am.  The Interment will be in Wauconda Cemetery.

Rosemarie went peacefully home to our Lord on September 2, 2016.

She was preceded in death by her loving husband Regis; her son Rex and her brothers Charles, Aloysius and Daniel.  Cherished mother of Gary, Regis Jr., Christina (Fred) Karl, Steven (Grace), Donald (Joyce) and Rosalyn (Greg) Stone.

Rose was an avid bowler and golfer who loved to travel.  She loved to garden and could take any plant that wasn’t doing well and nurse it back to lush beauty.
