Robert D. Nielsen

Visitation for Robert Denis Nielsen, 81 of Crystal Lake, will be held Saturday, November 30, 2013 from 2:00 p.m. until the time of the Masonic Services at 3:00 p.m. at the Ahlgrim Family Funeral Home, 415 S. Buesching Road, Lake Zurich.  A private Inurnment will be held at a later date at Ridgewood Cemetery in Des Plaines.

Robert was born April 21, 1932 in Chicago and he passed away November 23, 2013 at his home.

He was a member of Zurich Lodge No. 1089 A.F. & A.M.

Robert was the beloved husband of the late Leona A. Nielsen (nee Pepper); loving father of Robert (Gayle) Nielsen, Jeff (Theresa) Nielsen and the late Scott Nielsen; loving grandfather of Lauren, Robby and David Nielsen and Branden Nielsen; dear son of the late Denis and Karen (nee Hansen) Nielsen; and fond brother of Joanne (Theodore) Salkeld.
