Patrick T. Erickson

A Memorial Visitation for Patrick Thomas Erickson, 32, of Hawthorn Woods, will be held Friday, June 27, 2025, from 9:30 a.m. until the time of the Funeral Mass at 10:30 a.m. at St. Francis de Sales Catholic Church, 33 S. Buesching Road, Lake Zurich. The Interment will be private.

Patrick was born August 16, 1992, in Park Ridge and passed away June 22, 2025, in Hawthorn Woods.

Patrick is the beloved son of Mark and Candace (nee Gallagher) Erickson; dear brother of Joe Erickson, Tom Erickson, Rick and Alex (nee Block) Erickson; loving uncle of Robert; Loving boyfriend of Keren Irizarry.

Patrick loved his family members and his girlfriend dearly. He had a tremendous love for his sports teams, his friends and co-workers, vacations in the Ozarks and Florida. His courage and strength were un-matched, as was his caring and kind heart. He touched so many.
