Patricia A. O’Brien

Visitation for Patricia A. O’Brien, 72, of Palatine, will be held on Monday, March 7, 2016 from 11:30 am until the time of the Funeral Mass, 12:30 pm at St. Thomas of Villanova Church, 1201 E. Anderson Drive, Palatine.  The Interment will be private.

She was born on January 4, 1944 in Chicago, IL and passed away on Thursday, March 3, 2016.

Patricia was the wife of the late Thomas Graves; mother of Cathleen (Nicholas) Stevens and Danielle (Gordon) Smith; grandmother of Jack, Mckenna, and Aidan; sister of Rosemary (the late Raymond) de St. Aubin, the late James (Bernice) O’Brien, and the late Jack (the late Betty); beloved aunt of many.
