Maxine L. O'Malley

Visitation for Maxine L. O'Malley, 93, of Lake Zurich, will be from 10:00 AM until the time of the Funeral Mass at 11:00 AM on Saturday, July 12, 2025, at St. Francis de Sales Catholic Church, 33 S. Buesching Road, Lake Zurich, IL. The Interment will be private at All Saints Cemetery, Des Plaines.

Maxine was born on July 17, 1931, to Ivan and Susan King. She passed away on July 7, 2025.

Maxine was the beloved wife of the late John Joseph O'Malley; loving mother of Veronica Marin, Laura O'Malley, John (Karen) O'Malley and the late Tom (Sandy) O'Malley; cherished grandmother of Eric, Jack, Matthew, Rob, Lauren, Kristen, Erin; fond great-grandmother of Claire and Emma; and dear sister of Marcy Keller and Marian (nee Keller) Eigenmann. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her sister, Josephine (nee King) Capezio.

In lieu of flowers, memorials would be appreciated to St. Jude Children’s Research.
