Margo V. Pichotta

Services and Interment for Margo V. Pichotta (nee Vajen), 71, of Inverness, IL will be held privately.

She died peacefully on September 2, 2021. Margo was born and raised in Napoleon, OH. She received a Bachelor’s degree in art from The Ohio State University and spent decades as a visual designer and painter. She was much admired for her skill as a pianist and her adeptness at crossword puzzles.

Margo is survived by her children Leah (Matthew) Klein of Green Bay, WI, Anthony (Susan) Pichotta of Rocky River, OH, and Karl (Amelia Harrison) Pichotta of New York City, NY; grandchildren Nathan and Owen Klein, and Jackson, William, and Emily Pichotta; siblings Thomas Vajen, Gwendolyn (Ken Crawford) Rohrbaugh, Jan (Susan Nosal-Vajen) Vajen, Kevin (Tamara) Vajen, Denise (David Chrislip) Vajen, brother-in-law Philip (Mary Beth) Pichotta; and sister-in-law Marilyn Rocole.

She is preceded in death by her husband Joseph J. Pichotta, sister Susan Huber, brothers-in-law David Pichotta and Peter Pichotta, and sister-in-law Joan Pichotta.
