Lucie was the beloved wife of the late Ludwig Fuessel; loving mother of Werner Fuessel and Martina (Gregory) Sieben; loving grandmother of Sarah, Jennifer, Joe and Eleri; loving great-grandmother of Michael, Liam and Emilie; dear daughter of the late Ludwig and Ida (nee Oberlander) Oszczypok.
Lucie worked for many years as a proof-reader at Rand McNalley in Skokie, IL and then held an administrative position at Walgreen Corporation in Deerfield, IL in the employee stock program department.
