As her children reached high school she could often be found on a bus chaperoning many a band trip making her the Lake Zurich band mom. All while attending community college to complete her associates degree.
An avid collector Lola could be found at Lionel train conventions or perusing Disney collectibles. These activities kept her young at heart. She was also an avid reader devouring books and sharing favorite reads with her daughters.
Her golden years found her enjoying retirement with her husband. She was very excited to watch her children marry and become a grandmother. Family was everything to her and her kindness and youthful spirit made those around her feel like family. She will be sorely missed by all who she touched.
