Throughout her life, Kitty was a person of great faith and instilled in each of her children a belief in God and a positive outlook on life.

In her later years, she lived at Little Sisters of the Poor in Palatine.  The nurses, CNA’s and staff loved her, and she loved them.  It was a blessing from God when she moved in there.  She was feisty and full of energy. She made new friends and always had a smile to warm your soul and enough joy to fill your heart. She will be missed by so many.  We love you, Mom, Kitty, Grandma.

She joins in eternal life, her parents, Henry Earl and Catherine Showalter and her two sisters, Mary Loper and Pat Jones.
