Kathleen I. Phillips

Visitation for Kathleen I. Phillips, 88, formerly of Palatine; will be held Friday, October 16, 2026, from 9:00 a.m. until the time of the Funeral Service at 11:00 a.m. at the Ahlgrim Family Funeral Home, 201 N. Northwest Highway, Palatine, Illinois, 60067. The Interment will follow at Palatine Hillside Cemetery.

Kathleen passed away peacefully last week, surrounded by her family.

Kathleen was the beloved wife of the late, Ellery Phillips; mother to Kirk (Jane) Fulin, Wendy (Greg) Davis and Valerie Phillips; grandmother to Ryan Fulin, Tiffany (Matthew) Mullins, Lindsey (Sokha) Ross, Jennifer (BJ) O’Brien, Desiray (Ben) Teramani, Casey Teramani, Geoff (Helen) Davis, Garrett (Cecilia) Davis, Gavin (Sarah) Davis and Iris Fulin; great-grandmother to Maiya Ross, Maison Ross, Alex Ross, Axel Ross and Bentley Teramani; aunt to Margie Dorn.

Kathy was preceded in death by her parents, John and Edna Jensen, sister Arlis Glocke, brother Dale Jensen and niece Sharon Burger.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Alzheimer's Association.
