Katheleen R. E. Worthington

A Memorial Service for Katheleen Ruth Elizabeth Worthington, 73, of Arlington Heights, will be held November 22, 2025, at 10:00 a.m. at St. Peter's Lutheran Church, 202 E. Schaumburg Road, Schaumburg, IL.

Katheleen was born July 3, 1952, and passed away October 28, 2025, in Arlington Heights.

She is survived by Clifford Worthington, husband of more than 30 years; her two sons, Sean Strelinski and Salvatore Berrafato Jr.; grandma to Rachel (Marissa); her sisters, Sandra Oertel, and Lynn (Jim) Raffelson; and an aunt to many.

She was preceded by her late parents, Theresa Senne and Edward Senne; late brothers, Paul Senne, Kevin Senne, and Edward Senne.

She was a big hearted and open-minded individual who would go out of her way to help others in need before helping herself. She enjoyed doing crafts, such as diamond art and painting. She was also a member to many senior centers in the neighborhood and enjoyed being around others. She had the biggest humor around, and when she entered a room, she would make others smile and laugh.
