Joann B. Laymon

Memorial Services for JoAnn B. Laymon (nee Barkley), 87, of Palatine, will be held on May 15, 2021 from 1:00 pm until the time of the Prayer Service at 5:00pm at the Ahlgrim Family Funeral Services, 201 N. Northwest Highway, Palatine. An Inurnment will be held privately at a later date.

JoAnn Barkley Laymon was born to parents Arthur Red and Magdalen Barkley in Evansville, Indiana, September 13, 1933 and passed away on March 22, 2021 in Palatine, Illinois.

She lived her school years in Casey, Illinois and married the late Bill Laymon. After marriage they moved to Palatine, Illinois in 1957.

JoAnn is survived by her children Jeffrey- Rande Laymon, David (Keri) Laymon, Lezlie (Tim) Hill and Janette Laymon; grandchildren Dawn Laymon, Heather Smith, Nathaniel Hill and Olivia Hill; great grandchildren, Desiree, Rose, Luie and Gunnar.
