A Memorial Visitation for Janice Overley-Olsen, 81, of Richmond, IL, formerly of Hoffman Estates, will be held from 4:00 pm until 7:00 pm on Monday, March 27, 2023, at the Ahlgrim Family Funeral Home, 415 S. Buesching Rd, Lake Zurich.  There will be a private Interment on a later date at Cedar Memorial Park Cemetery, Cedar Rapids, IA.

Janice was born on June 24, 1941, to Charles and Miriam Overley; and passed away on Friday, March 17, 2023. She enjoyed a long career as an elementary school teacher at MacArthur Elementary School in Hoffman Estates.

Janice was the beloved wife of the late Earl Olsen, Jr. who passed away in 2009; dear sister to Joanne (the late Joseph) Mores, Charles A. (Peg) Overley, Jr., Charlene (Marc) Longino; fond aunt of Dawn, James, Rebecca, Melissa, Sarah, and Stacey.  She is also survived by numerous great nieces and great-nephews.
