Janet C. Meyer

A Visitation celebrating the life of Janet C. Meyer, 76, of Palatine, will be held Sunday, June 26, 2022 from 4:00 to 8:00 p.m. at the Ahlgrim Family Funeral Home, 201 N. Northwest Highway, Palatine.  The interment will be private.

Janet was born December 23, 1945 in Phoenix, Arizona, and passed away in her home in Palatine. on June 22, 2022.

Janet was the beloved wife of the late Dennis H. Meyer, loving mother of Tracy Smith, Dawn (Rick) Vasquez, Jodi (Paul) Uhler, and James (Rhonda) Meyer; loving grandmother of Krystal, Jacob, Alyssa, Zack, Brandan, Dylan, Joey, Jessika, Justin, Kyle, and Ashlynn; Loving great-grandmother of Gianna, Kayden, Marvel, Jaxon, Peyton, Mariyhla, Jayden, Ava, Gabriella, Asher and Lorenzo; dear daughter of the late Alfred and Dogny ; fond sister of Judy (Dick) Parks, Joanne (Kieran) Heraty and John (Karen) Pullman and the late Jim Pullman.

In lieu of flowers, memorials will be appreciated to any Children’s Charity of your choice.

Our mom was nothing short of being a loving wife, the best mom, an amazing grandma, and the perfect great grandma. Her family meant the entire world to her. Everyone that knew her loved her. She loved everyone and judged no one. Thank you for being our biggest supporter. The impact she left has been indefinitely imprinted in our hearts. Our best friend for eternity.
