A Memorial Service and Visitation for Ilse A. Christensen, 96, of Palatine since 1980, will be held in October at the Orchard E.F.C. in Arlington Heights. The interment was private.
Ilse was born June 16, 1917 in Chicago and she passed away Wednesday, September 18, 2013 at her home in Palatine.
Survivors include her daughter-in-law, Nancy Christensen, grandsons, Eric Christensen and David (Rachel) Christensen; and great-grandsons, Steven Christensen, Terrapin Christensen and Xavier Christensen.
Ilse was preceded in death by her husband, Jens Christensen; son, Nils Christensen and her parents.
