George S. Vlahopoulos

Visitation for George Spiros Vlahopoulos, 47, of Wauconda, will be held at the Ahlgrim Family Funeral Home, 415 S. Buesching Rd., Lake Zurich, on Monday, July 11, 2022 from 3:00 PM until 8:00 PM. Funeral Services will be held on Tuesday, July 12, 2022 at 10:00 AM also at the funeral home. An Interment will follow at Lake Zurich Cemetery, Lake Zurich.

George was born on December 30, 1974 and passed away on July 5, 2022.

George was a wonderful man, husband, father, son, brother and so much more. He was well respected and loved at the family business, White Alps Restaurant. George was an avid Beatles and Cubs fan and took great interest in current and historical events.

He is survived by his wife, Nikki Vlahopoulos (nee Woodhouse); his two children, Joey and Spiros; parents, Spiros and Susan (nee Miedema); sister, Maria (Ahmed); and brother, Andrew (Nicole). He is also survived by his four nieces, a nephew, many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.

His loss will be felt by everyone.
