Gabriela J. Jakszuk

Visitation for Gabriela J. Jakszuk, 60, of Lake Zurich since 2000, will be held Tuesday, February 22, 2022, from 9:00 a.m. until the time of Prayers at 11:00 a.m. at the Ahlgrim Family Funeral Home, 415 S. Buesching Road, Lake Zurich. A Funeral Mass will be said at 11:30 a.m. at St. Francis de Sales Catholic Church, 33 S. Buesching Road, Lake Zurich, IL 60047.  Officiating the Funeral Mass will be Father David Ryan and Father Krizysztof Smigielski.  The Interment will follow in Transfiguration Cemetery in Wauconda.

Gabriela was born February 26, 1961 in Gdansk, Poland, and passed away surrounded by her family at home, Friday, February 18, 2022.

Gabriela was the beloved wife of Marek Jakszuk; loving mother of Hania (Christian) Brandt and Michael Jakszuk; dear daughter of the late Wladyslaw Hirsz and Teresa Jackowska; fond sister of Kazik, Zbigniew and Edward Hirsz.
