Visitation for Fredrick A. Micke, 68, will be from 10:00 a.m. until the time of the Celebration of Life at 11:00a.m. at St. Peter’s Lutheran Church, 111 W. Olive Street, Arlington Heights. The Interment will be private.

Fredrick was born on June 3, 1952 in New Ulm, Minnesota and passed away on Tuesday, December 8, 2020 in Arlington Heights, IL.

He grew up in Gibbon, Minnesota.  He worked as a civil engineer at USEPA, Chicago.

Fred enjoyed boating, bowling, fishing, traveling, Minnesota Vikings Football and the Chicago White Sox.  He enjoyed spending time with family and friends over good food and drink.

Fred was the loving husband of Christy A. (nee Olson); beloved father of Elizabeth and Alexander Micke; son of the late Alfred and Julia Micke; brother of Janice (the late Lorin) Templin and Julene (Robert) Johnson.
