Frank H. Bertagnoli

Visitation for Frank “Fritz” H. Bertagnoli, 96, of Cary, will be on Monday, January 15, 2018 from 9:30 a.m. until the time of the Funeral Mass, 11:00 a.m. at St. Francis de Sales Catholic Church, 33 S. Buesching Road, Lake Zurich.  A private Interment will be held at St. Mary Catholic Cemetery, Hurley, Wisconsin.

Fritz was born on December 30, 1921 in Hurley, Wisconsin and passed away on Thursday, January 11, 2018 in Cary, IL.

Fritz served in the US Army Air Force and was a Veteran of World War I.  He was a former Deacon at St. Francis de Sales Catholic Church for over 40 years.

Fritz is the beloved husband of Mary and the late Evelyn J.; loving father of Mark (the late Shirley) Bertagnoli and the late Michael Bertagnoli; dear grandfather of Katherine (Nick) Taylor and Sherry (Mark) Sliwinski; fond great-grandfather of Ashley Taylor & Julia Sliwinski; devoted brother of Lillian Bertagnoli.  He is also survived by Mary’s children, Kyle, Laurie, Mary, Ian, Roderick, Hillary, and the late Sheilagh.
