The visitation for Frances Jacob, 76, a 40 year resident of Palatine, will be held on Friday, December 12, 2014 from 3:00pm until 8:00pm at the Ahlgrim Family Funeral Home, 201 N.Northwest Hwy., Palatine. Funeral Services will be at 10:00am on Saturday, December 13, 2014 also at the funeral home. The Interment will follow at St. Michael the Archangel Cemetery, Palatine.
Frances was born on August 17, 1938 in Chicago, IL the daughter of the late Joseph W. and Frances Helen (nee Goc) Lundy and passed away on Tuesday, December 9, 2014.
Frances is survived by her beloved husband of 50 years, Albert J. Jacob; loving sons Anthony and Alex (Susan) Jacob; cherished grandchildren Nick, Alex, Emily and Julia Jacob; dear sister Joanne (Kenneth) Lucarz; nephews Kenneth Jr., and Michael Lucarz.
