A Memorial Visitation for Donna M. Boelens, 77, of Ruth, North Carolina, will be held on Saturday, January 19, 2019 from 10:30 am to 12:30 pm at the Ahlgrim Family Funeral Home, 415 S. Buesching Road, Lake Zurich. The Interment will be private.
Donna was the beloved wife of Henry Boelens; Mother to Thomas (Erica) Boelens and Jennifer (Greg) Glassford; Grandmother of Christine, Brittney, Alise, Kathleen, Marcus, Sarah, Karl, Taylor, and Nick; Sister to Jim Flaishaker and Vickie (Jim) Hajny. Donna is preceded in death by her children; Pamela (Ben) Maxson and Kenneth Valiquet; her Sister; Judy Flaishaker and Brother; Danny Flaishaker.
