Donald D. Damptz

A celebration of life for Donald D. Damptz, 68, of Lake Zurich for 42 years will be held from 4:00pm until 8:00pm on Friday, April 4, 2014 at the Ahlgrim Family Funeral Home, 415 S. Buesching Road. Lake Zurich.  Funeral Mass will be at 12:30pm, Saturday at St. Francis de Sales Church, 33 S. Buesching Road, Lake Zurich.He was retired from AT&T.  Donald was the beloved husband of 48 years to Sharon (nee Wojtanek); father of Tracie Dinitz, David (Abbie) & Paul; grandfather of Emma Dinitz & Addison Damptz; godfather of Kelly (Kevin) Flett; uncle of Michael (Cathy) Damptz and their children.  In lieu of flowers, memorials will be appreciated to the American Cancer Society.
