A Visitation for David U. Lanckhoff, 40, of Lake in the Hills will be held Wednesday, May 27, 2015 from 4:00 PM to 9:00 PM with Funeral Services held, 7:00 PM at Ahlgrim Family Funeral Home, 201 N. Northwest Hwy., Palatine. The Interment will be private in Memory Gardens Cemetery, Arlington Heights.
Dave was born December 6, 1974 in Elk Grove Village to David and Rita (nee Osting) Lanckhoff. He passed away Thursday, May 21, 2015 in Woodstock.
Dave’s laughter and presence filled the room. His guiding light and love for his family will be missed.
He is survived by his beloved wife, Mary, whom he married November 8, 2002 in addition; his loving children David and Nathan; dear mother, Rita; fond siblings, Tina Petersen, Betti Petersen, Norman (Joy) Eichmann, Rebecca Lanckhoff; nieces and nephews, Savannah, Nicholas, Sarah, Megan, Lauryn, and Kate.
He is preceded in death by his father, David and his uncle Joe Lanckhoff.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Dave’s children.
