A Memorial Mass for Charlotte K. Homse, 96, a resident of St. Joseph Home for the Elderly, Palatine and formerly of Chicago and Morton Grove, will be held on Saturday, December 21, 2013 at 11:00AM at St. Joseph Home for the Elderly, 80 W. Northwest Hwy., Palatine.
Charlotte was born on June 17, 1917 in Chicago the daughter of the late Frank and Anna (nee Herman) Homse and passed away on November 22, 2013 at the St. Joseph Home in Palatine.
Prior to the retirement of Charlotte she had work for the Chicago Sun Times in advertising layout for many years.
Beloved aunt of Dawn (John) Evans and Caroljean (late Bill) Stutzman; also surviving are 10 great nieces and nephews; 23 great great nieces and nephews; 9 great great great nieces and nephews; preceded in death by her sister Frances Hitzelberger.
In lieu of flowers, memorials would be appreciated for Little Sister of the Poor C/O of St. Joseph Home for the Elderly, 80 W. Northwest Hwy., Palatine, IL 60067.
