Private family interment services will be held at a later date at LakeViewCemetery in Cleveland, OH.

Beloved wife of David Hay; dear mother of Catherine (Bill) Read of Charleston, SC and Thomas (Jenny) Hay of Evanston, IL; loving grandmother of Clark and Emily Read and Alex and Abbey Hay.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions are suggested to the Chicago Symphony Orchestra Institute, 220 South Michigan Avenue, Chicago, IL  60604.  This will enable school children to enjoy a symphony concert experience.
