She was the beloved wife of John J. Roach for the past 45 years, and passed away on Thursday, April 2, 2015.

Carol loved the people in her life generously, and put her own needs aside out of devotion to her family. She saw the best in people, accepting them freely and encouraging their dreams. A published poet, she had a sensitive heart that overflowed with kindness, and a tender compassion for animals.

Carol was born on August 5, 1947 in Seattle, Washington, the daughter of the late Carmen (nee Rodriguez) Nichols. She is remembered with love as the dear wife of John Roach; loving mother of Bryan (Danielle), Jonathan, Amanda, and Curtis Roach; cherished grandmother of Jack Roach; dear sister of Donald (Karen) Nichols; and special aunt of Scott (Susan) and Kevin (Julie) Nichols.
