Alan Rottinghaus

March 17, 1961 — December 3, 2021

A Memorial Visitation for Alan Rottinghaus, of Barrington, will be held at the Ahlgrim Family Funeral Home, 415 S. Buesching Road, Lake Zurich from 11:00 am until 3:00 pm on Sunday, December 12, 2021.

Alan passed peacefully while sleeping on Friday, December 3, 2021. He was born in Seneca, KS on March 17, 1961.

He was the first child of Adrian and Mary Ann Rottinghaus. Alan is survived by his wife, Brenda, of 36 years, his two daughters, son, and son-in-law: Patty (Kunal), Lauren, and Connor.

Alan had three great passions in his life – his family, the outdoors, and his career.
